IT Infrastructure Support Analyst - up to £37K - Central Bristol

Exalto Consulting are currently recruiting for a permanent IT Infrastructure Support Analyst for a key client in Central Bristol.

You will be responsible for the whole IT support/estate for the Bristol office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 4+ years experience, who has excellent communication skills, with a pro-active, problem solving and "can do" attitude, who will have the sole responsibility for the whole IT estate in the Bristol office, including infrastructure, support, hardware and networks.

Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities, you will have to be onsite 5 days a week, with the clients offices very commutable, they are based right next to the train station in Central Bristol.

You will work very closely with the Ops Manager as well as the CTO, also get involved in group wide projects, making suggestions and seeking solutions to improve operations and productivity for the company.

• Complete IT support for the Bristol office.
• Supporting the group IT Infrastructure.
• Day to day management of internal hardware and systems including laptops, desktops, printers, Firewalls, Internet, Servers, soft phones and desktop software.
• Administration of company systems (Windows 10/11/Windows Server/VMWare/Linux), network, Firewall, backup solutions, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
